Each Donera order is prepared with care. Processing for in-stock items typically takes 5–7 business days, with shipping times varying based on destination.
Once your order ships, tracking and delivery details will be sent via confirmation email.
Because skincare is personal, we thoughtfully review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To maintain the integrity of our small-batch formulations, we are unable to accept returns on heavily used products or final sale items.
